Saw that someone had requested task templates in 2006. Just new to VIP organizer and it fits my work well...It would be great to have the ability to create task templates so I don't have to copy and paste the same set of tasks for every category I open.. I am now doing it the long way -- created a category with calls TASKS and i copy and paste this set each and every time to every file I open.

Maybe someone has an easier way of doing this?!

Would also be great if rows/tasks can be color coded or font colors change when it is completed (as an alternative to being struck out).

You can duplicate a selected Template into required Task Group 2. You can insert a required Template into a selected Task Group Both methods allow to automatically change Start or Finish dates of tasks from your template.
