Serious - Program will not load, Program will not load at start-up
 
System: Windows Vista Home Basic 32-bit, Service Pack 2. Latest Microsoft updates installed.

Product: VIP Organizer v. 2.9.1 (latest build)

When I restart my computer, I will be prompted for my password but the program does not load. In my Notification bar (bottom-right corner of my screen where the time is located), a white box appears in place of the program's proper icon. Double-clicking on the white box does nothing. One time I was able to right-click the box and I was able to choose to "restore" the program but nothing happened.

If I re-install the program it will work again ... until I restart my computer next.

PROBLEM SOLVED -- SMTP Port settings negatively affected the program. Ensure that you indicate the proper SMTP settings!
