        -  Promote individual work organization.

Being organized helps to defeat chaos and feeling of being overwhelmed. Arrange and promote reasonable disciplineand self-organization – this should be agreed and accepted by employees.

        - Be open for communicating and discussing anxiety with your employees.

Declare that if some employees think that they cannot meet target dates of some tasks because of certain reasons and they cannot do anything around this – they freely can ask for your help and advice. Declare that it is better to prevent procrastination beforehand, than to face its consequences.

        - Take care of interruptions and distractions.

You should ensure calm environment for those who are working at important tasks. You cannot expect good working results from people who are regularly distracted from their main work. Make project and environment as pleasant as possible.
